These Terms of Service govern your use of the BELMOURE website and your requests for private chauffeur transportation. By using this website or submitting a reservation request, you agree to these terms.

Reservation requests

Submitting a request does not create a confirmed reservation. Service is confirmed only after BELMOURE communicates availability, pricing, itinerary details, and any required payment or authorization to the customer.

Quotes, payments, and additional charges

Quotes are based on the information provided and may change when the itinerary, waiting time, route, passenger count, vehicle requirements, tolls, parking, airport fees, gratuity, or other trip details change. Payment terms will be disclosed before confirmation.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation, change, wait-time, and no-show terms may vary by vehicle and service. The applicable terms will be provided with the reservation confirmation. Customers should notify BELMOURE promptly of flight or itinerary changes.

Passenger responsibilities

Passengers must provide accurate contact and trip information, comply with applicable law, use seat belts, and avoid conduct that risks the safety of passengers, chauffeurs, vehicles, or the public. BELMOURE may decline or end service when reasonably necessary for safety or legal compliance.

Vehicle and service availability

Requested vehicles and amenities are subject to availability. When necessary, BELMOURE may provide a comparable vehicle or coordinate service through a qualified transportation provider.

Website and intellectual property

The website, BELMOURE name, branding, photographs, text, and design may not be copied or commercially reused without written permission. The website is provided on an “as available” basis, and third-party links are governed by their respective providers.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, BELMOURE is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, government action, mechanical emergencies, airline changes, or extraordinary traffic conditions.
